One Workflow, Four Gates
Every story follows the same path, and each stage has a gate it must pass before moving on.
- Discovery: feasibility and UX research first; only product managers mark a story ready
- Backlog: ranked by priority and estimated in grooming; no estimate, no sprint
- Sprint: reviews need a pull request and someone other than the author
- Release: dev, staging and production tracked, with QA and Ops sign-off
